(Carson City, NV) — A prisoner is back in custody after allegedly walking away from a minimum security conservation camp in Carson City. Officials realized that Randy Bauman was missing during a headcount on Tuesday. On Wednesday night, the Carson City Sheriff said the 47-year-old had been caught by Special Enforcement Team officers.
