(Carson City, NV) — The Nevada Senate passed a crime bill yesterday during a special session of the legislature. The Senate approved an amended version of Governor Joe Lombardo’s crime bill by a vote of 16-to-two. It increases the maximum sentence for fatal DUI cases from 20 years to 25 years.
