(Carson City, NV) — A woman was killed along I-580 northbound Wednesday night, just outside Carson City, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.
The vehicle-vs-pedestrian crash happened around 5:30 p.m. between North Carson Street and Eastlake Boulevard.
Troopers say the woman was walking in the northbound travel lanes at the time of the crash. She was pronounced dead on-scene by medical personnel. Her name was not released.
