An Old Casino Reopens Rooms With New Remodel

(Stateline, NV) — One of the major casinos on the south shore of Lake Tahoe is reopening its rooms after a major remodel. The Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe was most recently known as the Hard Rock Lake Tahoe. Before that, it was the Horizon Lake Tahoe. It’s now taking reservations for rooms in its Sunset Tower. Also open is the Oyster Bar and Bill’s Sportsbook. The hotel and casino was first built over 60 years ago and was a frequent venue for Elvis Presley in the 1970s.
