(Reno, NV) – RTC of Washoe County is getting a jump start on this year’s construction schedule. Work along 7th Street in Reno kicked off yesterday, spanning from Keystone Avenue to Washington Street. The work focuses on curbs, gutters, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, and driveway approaches. The work has caused some changes in bus schedules, as Route 4 patrons are slated to get off at other stops. The work costs roughly 3.6 million dollars, but is being funded by local fuel tax dollars.
