(Sparks, NV) – A Sparks woman is in custody following an incident Saturday night. Washoe County deputies say a three-year-old fell out of a moving car around 7 p.m. near Omni Drive and Sky Ranch Boulevard. NHP troopers later arrested 53-year-old Cynthia Roes after she allegedly called 911 to report the incident and was deemed the suspect. The child was treated at a local hospital, although it wasn’t mentioned how severe their injuries were. They are now in custody at the Washoe County Human Services Agency.
