(Reno, NV) – NV Energy is issuing refunds to misclassified customers in the amount of $63 million. The company Tuesday announced that a resolution has been reached regarding customer account misclassifications involving some residents living in multifamily properties they say were inadvertently billed under single family rates. Customers will receive bill credits, while those who are no longer NV Energy customers will receive a check mailed to their last known address.
