The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) announced that Monin Inc., a worldwide manufacturer and supplier of gourmet flavorings, will be opening a new facility in the Spanish Springs area, with plans to add up to thirty quality jobs. The new location and 100,000 square foot facility is part of a long-term strategic plan to become the backbone of Monin America’s west coast operations. Monin is the leading supplier of premium flavorings for cocktails, coffees, mocktails, culinary applications and more. Citing a business friendly environment, Greg Grabau CFO of Monin says, We believe the Greater Reno-Sparks area presents Monin a great opportunity to better serve our west coast customers and their needs.” They anticipate opening during the summer of 2019 .
