The passenger who died in a rollover crash early Sunday at Scottsdale Road and Bullwinkle Drive has been identified as 19 year old Andrew Paul Rauh of Reno. The driver, 19 year old Kenneth Lee Horner the Third, is facing charge of “DUI causing death.” Another passenger, a girl, was treated at the scene and released.
