Douglas County Investigators Looking For Suspect Involved in an Attempted Abduction

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office has released a photograph of an SUV similar to one used in a series of crimes over the weekend in the Gardnerville area. The vehicle is a black, older model Chevy Tahoe with scratches on the sides. According to the sheriff’s office, the Tahoe may be connected to a robbery and an attempted abduction of a girl. One witness described the driver as Hispanic or Native American. Anyone with information is asked to contact Douglas County Secret Witness, 775-782-7463
