Police have arrested a man accused of trying to “carjack” a woman late Tuesday night in Reno.  The victim was at a stoplight at Moana and Kietzke Lanes when the suspect, 34 year old John Rodriguez walked up to her and pounded on the passenger window demanding she get out of the car. Reno Police later arrested Rodriguez for attempted robbery.
