House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is warning Nevada, the Presidents “emergency” over the wall could cost the state millions of dollars in lost funds for defense projects. Pelosi identified the “At risk” projects as a combat rescue helicopter simulator for Nellis Air Force Base, the National Guard Readiness Center in Las Vegas, and Drone control facilities are Creech Air Force Base in Indian Springs. The state of Nevada has joined a lawsuit to try to stop the declaration, and congress is also responding.
