Lyon County Nevada Commissioners have passed a resolution that will discourage the sheriff from enforcing Nevada new gun background check law. The resolution passed unanimously says, among other things, that the county opposes any gun regulation that exceeds federal gun laws, and that it has the authority to bar any funds from being spent to enforce the law.
