A bill that would shut down rural Nevada’s legal brothel businesses has been introduced by GOP State Senator Joe Hardy. He says brothels have no place in Nevada, and called brothels an abusive business. Previous challenges to brothels have been rejected by voters. Sex workers say they don’t need protection and will fight the bill, they say efforts should be focused on human trafficking and illegal prostitution.
