Brothel Owners Concerned About Workers, As Opponent Seeks Names

Mustang Ranch operators are concerned about a public records request placed with several counties for information about every independent contractor working in area brothels over the last ten years. This records request was made by anti-brothel activist Jason Guinasso and, if granted, would release the legal names, dates of employment, and the name of the brothel where women worked, posing a risk to their safety. Lance Gilman, owner of Mustang Ranch says “Despite the fact that Mr. Guinasso has stated his desire to protect the women working in legal brothels, his actions have repeatedly demonstrated that their safety is the last thing on his mind.” Gilman and others are concerned that some of the workers and former workers could be harassed by stalkers and lose their privacy.
