The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash at the westbound Exit 46 off-ramp from Interstate 80 in Fernley. The crash was reported at about 4:02 p.m. The off ramp was closed while the NHP investigated the motorcycle crash. It reopened a couple of hours later. The name of the victim has not been released.
