Reno Police cited the involved in an auto-pedestrian hit-and-run crash. Leticia Faith Woods of Reno was cited for driving without a license or insurance, and misdemeanor Hit and Run. It happened at East 1st Street and N. Virginia. Reno Police say the victim, a 63-year-old Reno Resident, was in a marked crosswalk. The driver left the area without stopping or providing aid to the pedestrian. The man suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
