After some debate, the Reno City Council approved the annexation of more than 80 acres of land Wednesday. Pending the project’s approval next year, that land will be added to the Westview subdivision, which will feature nearly 70 high end homes with more than 70% open space. The Westview subdivision is less than a half a mile east of Damonte Ranch High School and will feature luxury homes most likely priced upwards of $500,000.
