Another Company Makes Reno Their Home – A telephone customer service company announced Wednesday they’re setting up shop in Reno and bringing 500 new jobs to the area.  Teleperformance, is operating out of the old Northtowne Walmart and they’ve already hired 100 people and plan to hire 200 more before the end of the year.  Teleperformance is a contact center company. Basically, when you call a corporation’s customer service, Teleperformance employees answer your call.  Officials with Teleperformance say the Reno workforce is exactly what they were looking for.
