The man who pretended to drink a weedkiller, and then spilled some at a joint meeting of the Reno City Council, Sparks Council and the Washoe County Commision, has been sentenced to 180 days in jail, he’ll actually do about 30, along with some fines, fees and restitution. His “joke” forced the deployment of hazardous materials crews. Ross Tisevich pleaded guilty to a change of disturbing a meeting. He also been ordered to perform 120 hours of community service. He’s been barred from contact with those elected officials for two years.
