A Sparks man has been arrested on multiple sex charges involving a child. 23 year old Harold Woomer the Third, faces several lewdness and sexual assault charges involving a minor, that apparently went on between 2007 and 2014, and started when the victim was 11 years old. Woomer was 16 when the sexual abuse started. Woomer and is being held on $200,000 bail.
