Another Joining Forces campaign is in progress, and this time around officers will be looking for people that aren’t wearing a seat belt. Authorities say they often catch peopl trying to fasten their safety belt after they get pulled over, but don’t do that. You’ll not only get a ticket for it, but you could be seriously injured if you did get into an accident. Wearing a seatbelt doubles your chance of survival if you do crash your vehicle. The goals of Joining Forces is to make people aware of the dangers making bad choices while driving.
