The Reno City Council discussed possible new regulations regarding on-premises digital signs. There’s been a moratorium on new digital signs that’s set to expire at the end of this month. The council voted to approve an Ordinance Introduction that would limit this type of advertising in the future. The ordinance would also prohibit digital signs within 750 feet of residential neighborhoods without a special use permit.
