More details are coming out in a crash that killed 64 year old Janis Hill of Gardnerville Friday night, at State Route 88 and Mottsville lane. The investigation indicates the driver of a Ford Taurus was headed south on 88 approaching the intersection at the same time a BMW driven by Hille was headed east on Waterloo Lane approaching 88, and the driver of a Honda SUV was stopped northbound on 88 at the intersection. The Taurus and BMW hit each other, then both hit the SUV. Hill was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Taurus was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries; the other driver was not hurt.
