The former Kings Inn, one of Reno’s biggest downtown eyesores for years, will be reborn as the “3rd Street Flats.” Bentar Development and Basin Street Properties say it will be ready for residents in summer of 2016. The 3rd Street Flats will feature 94 upscale apartments with one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Luxury units will be built on floors two through seven. The ground floor will consist of 9,000 square feet of retail space. The complex will also have a pool deck, BBQ area, and social lounge.
