South Lake Tahoe police have arrested a man for a drive-by shooting.  The South Lake Tahoe Police Department SWAT Team, the SLEDNET task force, and the Crisis Negotiation Team, delivered a high-risk search warrant and arrested 43-year-old Samuel Tovar. He’s the suspect in a drive-by shooting on Spruce Avenue in South Lake Tahoe October 14th, in which a man was wounded.
