A teenage boy is charged with open murder, now that the teen he’s accused of robbing and shooting near Pat Baker Park has died. The shooting happened after the suspect, whose name hasn’t been released, robbed the victim in the park. At the time of the shooting, the victim and a passenger were in a car, trying to chase the suspect down after the robbery.
