Reno police have arrested a woman in the death of a man who was stabbed early Wednesday. The stabbing happened just before 12:30AM. Reno police responded to reports of a fight at the Desert Sunset Motel on E 4th Street. 21 year old Michael Banquicio, who was stabbed in that fight, was taken to Renown Regional Medical Center, where he died. 40 year old Victoria Sweeting was questioned at a South Reno Apartment complex. Police say she admitted the stabbing and Sweeting has been booked on one count of Open Murder.
