The 19 year old man who fell through a frozen pond at Reno’s Paradise Park this morning has died. The Reno Fire Department responded to the call around 3:30 this morning.  After they pulled the man out of the water, they rushed him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.  The victim who has yet to be identified, was in the water for about 30 minutes and was wearing heavy winter clothing, which slowed down rescue efforts.
