Carson City Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a fourth man in the murder of an 18 year old Carson City man last Monday. Deputies arrested 19 year old Jacob Huttman Thursday on a variety of charges related to the death of Grant Watkins. Deputies were called at shortly before 1:00 Monday morning to a report of shots fired in north Carson City. In the meantime Watkins, arrived at the Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the stomach. He was in critical condition and air flighted to Renown Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Sheriff Ken Furlong says, 21 year old Reed Skenandore was arrested last Tuesday in the shooting. In addition eighteen-year-old Jesus Garcia-Manriques and his brother, 19-year-old Allen Garcia-Manriquez, have been arrested in connection with the case.
