Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows resorts are going greener, and ending the sale of bottled water at both locations. Instead, they’ll be selling reusable water bottles for the same price that they used to sell bottled water. They’re also adding 20 water refill stations throughout both resorts, so people can fill up their bottles. The program’s called Drink Mountain Tap, and they’re the only ski resort nationwide that has discontinued the sale of water, and opted for the reusable bottles. The reusable bottles are thin enough to fit in your jacket pocket, and each one comes with scenic photos on the side.
