A Reno lawyer is joining the race for a northern Nevada Senate seat being vacated by Republican Greg Brower. Democratic attorney Devon Reese announced Monday that he’ll seek the Senate District 15 seat. Reese is expected to face former assemblywoman Heidi Gansert in the general election. Reese is a Nevada native who graduated from Reno’s McQueen High School and the University of Kansas School of Law.
