Reno and Washoe County are dropping lawsuits against each other over the break up of fire services. County Commisioner Marsha Berkbigler says this dispute is now over, and the county will pay back about $447,000 to Reno. That’s money withheld from Workers Comp after Reno filed suit, plus interest.  Berkbigler says this agreement shows the county and the city of Reno can indeed, work together.
