In his State of the City Address, Carson City Mayor Bob Crowell says Nevada’s Capital City is thriving, but needs some work in order to grow.  Mayor Crowell says there are many indicators that the city is not only sound, but getting better by the day.  The Mayor says he’s excited about the upcoming groundbreaking on its downtown redevelopment project that will make significant improvements to the heart of the city.  That project is set to wrap up in October. The city has seen its lowest crime rate since 1994, but the mayor says domestic abuse is still an increasing problem.
