Nevada’s largest newspaper is endorsing Sen. Marco Rubio for Nevada’s Republican caucus. The Las Vegas Review-Journal editorial board said that Rubio is concerned about key issues for Nevada, including federal land use policies and immigration. The Review-Journal said it did not consider endorsing front-runner Donald Trump because he could not meet with the editorial board, a requirement for consideration.
