A Fallon man who was one of those who occupied an Oregon Wildlife refuge is being held in the Washoe County Jail without bail. A U-S magistrate found 44 year old Corey Lequieu of Fallon to be a dangerous flight risk and denied bail for him. Lequieu made an initial appearance in Reno Court Thursday after he, along with eight others, were indicted on a single count of conspiracy to impede U-S officers. He could face as much as six years in prison if convicted. Judge William Cobb said during yesterday’s hearing that federal marshals will transport Lequieu to federal district court in Portland, Oregon, but he did not say when that will happen.
