State Treasurer Dan Schwartz is pleased that the Nevada Supreme Court has granted a motion to expedite the appeal of a District Court Judge’s order that put an injunction on the ESA program. The Treasurer says ESA represents a first step in reforming our education system, by shifting decision-making responsibility for our children from school officials to parents.
