A retired Reno lawyer is trying to knock Hillary Clinton off the ballot. Douglas Wallace says he’s no anti Hillary crank or feminist hater, his issue is Article 2 of the Constitution, which he says makes 19 references to the President, all of them indicating a male gender. He suggests the language of the Constitution includes no references to a female President, and should either be changed or complied with. Women didn’t get the right to vote until more than a century after the Constitution was adopted.
