Members of the Paiute Tribe in Las Vegas plan to get involved in a new business venture, and it isn’t indian gaming. The tribe is planning to open two medical marijuana dispensaries and a cultivation facility by the end of the year. The tribe is teaming up with Arizona based Ultra Health to develop and manage the business. The Vegas Paiute tribe operates a smoke shop and a golf course in the Northwest Las Vegas Valley.
