$90 million in bond funding has been approved by the Nevada Housing Division for a project that will bring 177 low-income units to Reno. The units will be part of a 584-unit complex that brings together 20% workforce housing and 80% market rate housing. The project, called The Summit Club, will be located between the Summit Mall and I-580 along the Mount Rose Highway. The project will break ground later in 2016.
