The University of Nevada Reno wants to embark on a 9 acre expansion of the campus, so they can add buildings like a a new business hall, but a number of hurdles stand in the way, including a number of historic homes and one park.  The university needs to expand thanks to increased enrollment at the college, but several old homes that the college owns and Evans Park, one of the first parks ever in Reno, need to be taken out to accommodate the expansion. The City Council will take up the expansion findings for the homes and the park at the city council meeting in April.
