A federal judge has prohibited U.S. marshals from transferring leaders of the armed Oregon occupation to Nevada for court hearings related to a separate armed standoff against government agents two years ago. Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy and Ryan Payne have been jailed in Portland since January for their roles in a 41-day standoff at an Oregon wildlife refuge.
