Brothel owner Dennis Hof has filed to run as a Libertarian in a rural Nevada Assembly district. The Nevada Secretary of State’s Office says the star of the HBO series “Cathouse” filed paperwork Friday in Carson City to run for Assembly District 36. The district includes Pahrump, the southern Nevada town where his Love Ranch brothel is located. The Assembly district is held by two-term Republican James Oscarson.
