Hug High’s Basketball coach has been arrested, after A 15-year-old boy told police he awoke to 23 year old Luke Archer touching him inappropriately. Archer left the room after the boy asked him to stop. The boy was picked up by his father and then the family contacted the Reno Police Department. After interviewing the victim, Archer was arrested by detectives Tuesday. The Reno Police Department is asking anyone who may have had contact with Luke Archer or has more information about this case to contact the Reno Police Department.
