A bank robber nicknamed the Bad Breath Bandit has again struck in the Sierra Foothills. FBI reports the robber struck Monday at El Dorado Savings in Georgetown, roughly half way between Placerville and Colfax. He wore a San Francisco 49ers cap, and a blue rain coat and his signature dust mask. They call him the Bad Breath Bandit because he uses a disposable face mask during most of his robberies. He’s hit banks in Grass Valley, Columbia Nevada City, and Chester. The first dates to 2014. He’s described him as white, about 6 feet tall, 210 to 250 pounds with dark hair.
