Nevadans for State Gun Rights is urging voters to ask their state and district candidates where they stand, on the universal background check initiative that will be on the ballot in November. President Don Turner says “Legislators have a key role in the law-making process, and we need to know where they stand when an initiative comes before them that would restrict our rights.” Turner argues that this ballot measure, will only restrict access to legal purchases of firearms by law-abiding citizens.
