The small town of Cal-Nev-Ari is for sale. It’s around an hour from Las Vegas, and was established as town way back in 1965. One of the original founders is selling, and you can get it, and some of its infrastructure, for only $8 million dollars. The town covers around 500 acres, and comes with your own casino, diner, convenience store, motel, RV park, and a dirt airstrip. Several buyers have already expressed interest in the property. One investor wants to build a retirement community, and another would like to build a marijuana resort, if the drug is legalized for recreational use in the Silver State.
