A Nevada City charter school was closed, because a child at the school has a confirmed case of measles. The unvaccinated child had the measles while at Yuba River Charter school on the 17th of March, so classes and after school programs were put on hold until today. Only kids that have been vaccinated for measles will be allowed back in class. Those who aren’t vaccinated for measles are required to stay home for the next three weeks.
