Reno PD & Fire were on scene of a fatal car crash in the Stead area Thursday morning. The driver was heading east on Industry Circle around 4:30am, when they crashed into a semi trailer at a high rate of speed. The car was in flames when police and fire arrived. Police say the driver was pronounced dead on the scene.  The name of the victim has not been released.
