No charges will be filed against the driver who slammed a car into the Chin Chin restaurant on Los Altos Parkway Thursday morning. The employee was parking, but hit the gas instead of the brakes, smashing into the front window, Sparks police say it’s just an accident. No injuries were reported, and the business remains open.
